Welcome to Liverpool, Nova Scotia, a picturesque town nestled among the trees along the shores of the Mersey River and the Atlantic Ocean.
Liverpool offers a wide range of services and amenities and has an abundance of scenic places to walk, swim, and paddle. The area was settled in the 1700’s and was known as the Port of the Privateer. There are many museums and historic sites to visit, and lighthouses dating back to the 1800’s can be seen on the south shore of the area. The Fort Point Lighthouse, the third oldest in Nova Scotia, contains a museum and is surrounded by a public park.
We are looking forward to the Feast this year where we can all enjoy the peace and natural beauty of a unique and friendly place!
Liverpool is approximately 2 hours from Halifax International airport. For additional information regarding the Feast at Liverpool, please contact the Festival Coordinator, Mr. Shane Kruse.
